My Story
After years as a real estate agent, I noticed a pattern: the homes that sold the fastest and for the most money weren't necessarily in the best neighborhoods or the best condition. They were the ones that made buyers feel something the moment they walked in.
I realized that intentional, strategic staging was the difference — and I became obsessed with it. By 2019, I launched Styling With Jas to bring that expertise to every agent and homeowner I work with.
As both a licensed Realtor and a professional home stager, I bring a perspective most stagers don't have: I understand the market, I know what buyers in our area are looking for, and I know how to position a home to sell — not just to look pretty in photos.
